Job Description

We’re adding a Director of Digital Marketing to our team in Nashville. This is a key leadership role — you’ll be driving creative, forward-thinking digital strategies to grow our artists, build audiences, and move the needle across all platforms. We’re looking for someone who understands the fast-changing digital space and knows how to execute. You’ll work closely with our artists, managers, internal teams, and partners to create impactful campaigns that connect with fans and deliver real results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead innovative digital marketing campaigns that align with artist releases and overall marketing plans.
  • Identify emerging platforms, tools, and trends to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Build data-driven roadmaps focused on growing audience, driving consumption, and converting fans.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns across social media, influencer/creator partnerships, short-form content, CRM, paid media, and emerging tech.
  • Oversee paid digital strategy — plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Develop creative fan engagement strategies using artist platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, audience development, and marketing teams.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, reporting actionable insights and making real-time adjustments.
  • Use social listening, streaming, and data analytics to drive smarter targeting and results.
  • Serve as main digital contact for internal teams, managers, artists, platforms, and third-party partners.
  • Help educate the team on new tools, platform updates, and best practices.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in music, entertainment, or media.
  • Proven track record with strategy, audience growth, and fan engagement.
  • Strong relationships and deep knowledge of major digital platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Snap, etc.).
  • Skilled in social media strategy, digital advertising, influencer/creator marketing, SEO, CRM, and content strategy.
  • Experience managing paid campaigns across social, search, and DSPs.
  • Proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Chartmetric, CrowdTangle, or similar).
  • A digital-first thinker with a passion for innovation and fan connection.
  • Analytical mindset — knows how to turn data into smart strategy.
  • Creative problem-solver and strong communicator.
  • Someone who understands artist branding, storytelling, and audience behavior.
  • Passion for music is a must.
