Liberty Classical Academy is a Christian, classical Preschool-12 th grade private school with two locations in White Bear Lake and Hugo, MN. We are seeking a passionate and skilled full-time Digital Marketing Director to join our communications team and help us drive our digital marketing efforts to new heights.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Creative Skills: Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Liberty Classical Academy is a Christian, classical Preschool-12th grade private school with two locations in White Bear Lake and Hugo, MN, and we are adding to our tremendous team of experienced and talented professionals! We are accepting applications for a part-time, year-round front desk coordinator in Hugo beginning in July . Preferred applicants will have prior experience at a busy, customer service-oriented reception desk, and be able to work 5 days per week year-round. Hours are 11:30 am to 5:30 pm. Candidates must be detail-oriented, have excellent computer, organizational, and communication skills, and be able to interact with students, parents, faculty, and administrators with strong, interpersonal competency.

Successful candidates will have prior experience teaching multiple lower school grades, a strong sense of art history, drawing, painting, 3-D art, and mixed media skills. Knowledge of classical teaching methods is preferred. We are accepting applications for a school bus driver beginning immediately . Successful candidates will have prior experience driving a school bus, hold a valid commercial driver’s license with a passenger and school bus endorsement, must be in good physical and mental health, and be able to pass a physical exam and drug test by an authorized medical examiner. Candidates must be professional, personable, and patient.

Qualified applicants will have prior experience teaching children of all ages in a classroom setting. Knowledge of classical teaching methods is preferred, but not required. Applicants must be detail-oriented, have flexibility, and have strong classroom management skills.
