Hey Honey Skincare is hiring. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing person to join our dynamic Digital team.

Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be a part of a team that is managing websites, working on visuals and technical functionality, and driving our digital marketing efforts through SEO, SEM, and email marketing campaigns. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creative vision, and strategic thinking to boost our online presence and engagement.

Our Digital team is in charge of the below: 

• Website Management:

  • Maintain and update website content to ensure it is current and engaging.
  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to improve site usability, design, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the website is optimized for performance and security.

• Visual Design:

  • Create and design visually appealing web pages, graphics, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and aesthetic.

• SEO & SEM:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, analyze website analytics, and optimize content for search engines.
  • Manage and optimize SEM campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to maximize ROI.

• Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
  • Segment email lists, track campaign performance, and optimize for higher open and click-through rates.

• Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Provide regular reports on digital marketing metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, web management, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in web content management systems, HTML/CSS, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices.
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail-oriented approach.
