About the Role
The Company is in search of a Dean for its College of Education and Behavioral Sciences. The successful candidate will be a visionary and collaborative leader, responsible for devising the college's strategic priorities in partnership with the faculty. The role demands a leader who can manage and secure the necessary resources to execute the college's strategic vision and who is dedicated to the development of a diverse and talented staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and behavioral sciences, with a focus on preparing professionals for a variety of fields, including health sciences, business, the humanities, and performing and visual arts. Experience in community-embedded learning and a commitment to supporting students in a high-quality, personalized education are also key attributes. The Dean will be expected to uphold the university's mission and values, including its commitment to serving first-generation and Hispanic students.
