We are seeking to add a Data Entry Clerk to our team within the Purchasing Department! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping. This will be a 6 month Temporary assignment to start onsite Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties within Microsoft Excel
  • Enter variety of data using current technology
  • Previous ERP experience
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
  • Review and enter data updates in the systems
  • Review discrepancies in data received
  • Advise supervisor of issues related to data

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years office setting administrative/data input experience.

  • Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Education:

  • High School Diploma (GED)
