We are looking for a people person! Someone that love meeting and working with new people daily! This job isn't about selling a product or convincing someone to buy something they have no interest in; It is helping dancers and families find the right class that will make them feel comfortable and happy at our dance studio! Each new family signs up for a free 7-day trial and it will be your job to be in constant communication with them along the way to make sure they know which classes they're trialing, getting their feedback after the trial, and helping them find the class package that makes the most sense for them!

What You'll Do:

• Be the friendly first point of contact for new dancers and families, both in person and online
• Track and manage new trial sign-ups through our enrollment system
• Communicate with parents via email, text, and phone to answer questions and guide them through the trial process
• Welcome families during their first visit, introduce them to teachers, and make sure they feel at home
• Follow-up with dancers after their trial to answer any questions, give them guidance on classes to select, or provide alternate classes for them to trial if they weren't happy with their current selections
• Process registrations for students who choose to continue with enrollment after their trial ends
• Reach out to families who inquired but haven’t yet scheduled a trial

Hours: Wednesday through Thursday 2:30 - 9:30 and every other Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm

Paid Training Trial Period:  This position includes a paid trial period of 2 weeks. During the two week training period you will be working directly with the Enrollment Team Manager to receive hands on training and feedback on all the protocols and procedures for the position. You will get practice completing the daily tasks for the role and be evaluated to ensure you will be a long term good fit for the position. Pay rate during the two week trial period will be $18-$20/hour, after which pay rate will be re-evaluated and increased after successful completion of the training period. Please note that the first week of training will likely take place during day time hours, prior to our studio opening so that new hires can learn the new procedures and work flow outside of the normal busy hours of the studio
