We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Customer Fulfillment Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence and superior customer service. You'll supervise a small team in the field, oversee material orders and pickups, engage in customer-facing conversations, and track jobs through our digital application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of two field employees, ensuring efficiency and high-quality work.
- Manage logistics related to material orders and pickups, optimizing for cost-effectiveness and timely project execution.
- Act as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Utilize our digital app for job tracking, updating project statuses in real-time to ensure transparency and timely completion.
- Collaborate with the management team to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, ideally within landscaping, construction, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in customer service.
- Comfortable using digital tools and applications for job tracking and communication.
- A passion for sustainability and creating eco-friendly outdoor spaces.
- Degree or certificate in horticulture, landscape design, permaculture, or related degree or certification.
