About The Role

This role requires the ability to create and deliver engaging training content thatconnects with learners. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills,experience in training, and knowledge of instructional design.
  • Research and understand the key messages, then create engaging content that effectively delivers these messages to the target audience.
  • Develop a range of high-quality training content and copy.
  • Transform ideas into engaging training copy, from concept through to the final product.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and internal experts.
  • Collaborate with team members to generate new ideas that expand the reach and impact of training materials.
  • Review all training materials thoroughly to ensure they meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency
About You

What you will bring to Wren as a Content Writer:
  • Minimum of 5 years' writing experience with a portfolio (in-house, agency, or freelance).
  • Qualification in journalism, English, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to write in various styles for different audiences.
  • Expertise in interpreting stakeholder briefs and developing written training content in line with the project aim.
  • Proficient at working to tight deadlines and balancing multiple ongoing projects
