The ideal candidate will be a humble, accountable, positive, passionate, and community-driven leader, capable of galvanizing and guiding global teams through change and growth. Key responsibilities for the COO include running day-to-day operations, owning the P&L, driving accountability within multiple divisions, managing the EOS framework, and ensuring the execution of strategic planning. The successful candidate will also be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and social responsibility, and will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future and driving its strategic initiatives. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a background in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, with at least 5 years' of global operations experience at a senior management level and a similar duration of P&L management experience. Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams is essential, as is a Bachelor's degree with continued executive certifications. A Master's degree in business administration and LEAN certification are preferred. The role requires a candidate with a strong servant leadership mindset, who is empathetic, and a champion of core values, and who can effectively manage the company's KPIs for growth.
