Job Description

Location: Silver Memories Health Care, Versailles, IN

Silver Memories Health Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring and multidisciplinary team. As a CNA, you’ll provide essential care to our nursing home residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

Position Highlights:

Pay:$17.50 - $20.00/hour

Shifts Available:

Full-Time: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Part-Time:

- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

- 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

- Day shift, Monday through Friday

- PRN: Flexible scheduling available

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver care in accordance with Resident Care Policies, ensuring residents' safety and well-being.

- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene per their Care Plan.

- Provide specialized care for residents with therapeutic, neurological, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care needs as applicable.

- Support residents in getting out of bed and maintaining activity levels per Care Plan instructions.

- Actively participate as part of the inter-disciplinary care team under the direction of the Charge Nurse.

- Interact positively and respectfully with residents, families, and staff.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment, and perform additional duties as outlined in Care Plans.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED preferred.

- Active **Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)** certification from a State-approved training program.

- Documentation of certification is required at the time of application.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to compassionate care.
