Business Representative

Our company is on the lookout for a passionate and people-oriented Business Rep. 
This role involves creating meaningful connections, acquiring new customers and driving business growth. We're seeking someone who loves talking to people, has a natural charm and is able to persuade others through their fantastic communication skills. 

Loud Exteriors LLC is an exterior remodel and design company that specializes in residential and commercial exterior remodels (roofing, siding, windows, doors, fencing and more). The owner has been in the construction industry for over 15 years. We have in house crews that have over 30 years combined experience. Our team is the best of the best and we strive for perfection in and out of our profession. 

As a Business Representative at Loud Exteriors, you should hone the following skills and personally traits:
- Outgoing Personality 
Loves talking to and meeting new people, naturally sociable, friendly.
- Excellent Communication Skills 
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Relationship Building
Strong knack for building and nurturing relationships. Establish trust and rapport with potential and existing customers.
- Business/ Sales Savvy 
Skilled at identifying opportunities, opening/ closing deals, dedicated to driving business growth.

Here is what the pay structure and benefits would look like to start with our company. 
- Base salary of $12,000/ year with a guaranteed raise of 25% every year (minimum)- Based on performance, this could be substantially more. 
- Company fuel card after 1 month
- Company cell phone
- Company vehicle after 1 year (sooner depending on performance)
- Insurance/ 401k after 1 year
- Company profit shares after 2 years 

This opportunity has 2 open positions. Construction experience is not necessary though it does help.
