With vibrant retail locations and customizable scent , we're transforming everyday routines into delightful experiences. Every product is handcrafted daily in-store so customers can see, smell, and fall in love with the magic of Buff. We're looking for energetic and outgoing individuals to help share that magic far and wide.

JOB DESCriPTION:

BE THE FACE (AND SCENT) OF BUFF CITY SOAP

As a Buff City Soap Ambassador, you'll be spreading the joy of amazing - smelling handmade soap and laundry products across the communities surrounding our stores, and even Your college campuses. This isn't your average brand rep role---you're hitting the road, bringing Buff to life at sporting tournaments, farmer's markets, community events, and whatever great vibes that are found.. You'll be handing out free samples, answering questions, and getting people excited about what Buff City has to offer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

BRAND REPRESeNTATION

• Share the Buff City Soap store through product sampling and engaging authentic conversation.
• Represent the brand in a fun, professional way at college campuses, pop-up events, local businesses, sporting events and community gatherings.
• Drive to events and locations within the territory of our 5 Buff City Soap store regions.
• Set up eye-catching pop-up displays and create unforgettable first impressions.
• Carry around backpacks of samples that everyone is sure to enjoy.
• Use your personal social media to showcase Buff in creative, brand-appropriate ways.
• Be ready to answer product-related questions with confidence (we'll train you!)

EVENTS + OUTREACH

• Attend and assist with local events like sports tournaments, markets, grand openings, anniversaries, and more.
• Work closely with the local team to plan and execute high-energy events and sampling activations.
• Identify and suggest new opportunities for Buff visibility within your college and community.
• Build connections with key local influencees, organizations, and vendors to help expand Buff's presence..

SALES SUPPORT + STORE LOVE

• Collaborate with store managers and staff to stay aligned on promos and event calendars.
• Keep our brand top-of-mind by promoting in-store visits and special events through word-of-mouth and digital sharing
• Encourage trials that lead to loyal customers by creating positive product experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMWNTS

• Must be 18 yrs old
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and access to reliable transportation
• Currently enrolled in College or University
• Passionate about clean ingredients, good vibes, and spreading joy
• Excellent communication skills and love for engaging with all types of people
• Comfortable working flexible part-time hours (minimum 15 hours/week)
• Willing and able. to travel within the designated territory for events and activations
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• A natural promoter with an authentic social media presence (bonus if you love sharing lifestyle content!)
