The school follows the American educational standards and uses a combination of project-based learning, traditional methods, and Maker experiences to facilitate the curriculum.Job responsibilitiesTeach the subjects of Biology and Chemistry to high school students utilizing the AP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experiencePreparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report commentsCollaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculumAssess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveProvide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregiversDevelop supportive and safe learning environmentsRequirementsBachelor degree or aboveMinimum of 2 years full time teaching experienceTraining and/or experience in Project-Based Learning preferredAP experience is preferredCompensation packageMonthly salary 20,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsMonthly housing allowance 9000 or housing providedRound-ticket per yearSummer and winter holidayNational holidaysLunch providedFree education for 2 kidsInsurance covered
