About Prestige Legal Solutions

Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is a full-service lemon law firm based in Los Angeles. Our law office represents California clients who have been sold a defective vehicle that qualifies as a lemon.

Prestige Legal Solutions is seeking two Associate Attorneys with a strong background in lemon law to represent clients in cases involving defective vehicles, warranty claims, and other related matters. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in consumer protection law, with an ability to handle complex cases, provide strategic legal counsel, and deliver outstanding results for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in lemon law claims, including negotiating settlements and litigating cases in court.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and options in connection with defective vehicles.
• Draft legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and discovery requests, related to lemon law cases.
• Investigate and gather evidence, including vehicle repair records, expert reports, and other documentation to build strong cases.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in lemon law and consumer protection regulations.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to manage case progress and resolve disputes.
• Provide legal strategy and guidance to clients throughout the legal process, from initial consultation to final resolution.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management.
• Proficient in MS Office, Teams, FileVine and databases.

Other:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills, including prioritization of cases and adhering to deadlines, internal or those imposed by the Court.
• Strong organizational, time management, and skills in handling the caseloads required of the position.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment with other lawyers and paralegals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
