Adecco is currently seeking Assemblers in Rochester, NY. This position involves assembling throttle cables, brake cables, and handlebars for motorcycles and ATVs. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment and be comfortable working with hand tools and production machinery. Key Responsibilities: Assemble motorcycle and ATV components including throttle cables, brake cables, and handlebars according to technical specifications and production standards Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete assembly tasks Inspect parts and components for quality and accuracy before and after assembly Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment as needed Accurately complete production reports and documentation Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mechanical or product assembly in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, or blueprints Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods Team player with good communication skills Preferred: Experience working in powersports or automotive parts manufacturing Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices or ISO standards Click apply to be considered for this Assembler position in Rochester, NY Pay Details: $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
