Palouse Homes is currently seeking an Airbnb Host to join our team. As an Airbnb Host, you will be responsible for managing and hosting guests in our Airbnb properties. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, providing excellent hospitality, and has a passion for making guests feel comfortable and welcome.

This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals seeking a flexible work schedule. Join our team as a part-time 1099 contractor and enjoy up to 30 hours of fulfilling work per week.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Airbnb listings for our properties
• Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests prior to their arrival
• Welcome guests upon arrival, provide them with information about the property, and answer any questions they may have
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the property
• Ensure that guests have a positive and enjoyable experience during their stay
• Address any guest concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the property is prepared for each guest
• Monitor guest reviews and feedback, and take appropriate action to address any areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Familiarity with Airbnb platform and ability to quickly adapt to new technology
• Positive and friendly attitude
