Aimbridge Corporate - Senior Benefits Analyst-Retirement Plans Address 5301 Headquarters Drive, Plano, TX, 75024 Job Description The Senior Benefits Analyst, Retirement Plans, is responsible for administering Aimbridge's employee retirement programs including 401(k) and non-qualified deferral plans. The senior analyst ensures that the company's plans are compliant and that processes are streamlined. Reporting to the Senior Director of Benefits, this role handles the day-to-day operations related to the retirement plans, including weekly funding administration, as well as support for strategic retirement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 3-5 years of experience with a broad range of employment retirement plans required Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain investment, compensation, and retirement packages to employees in a clear and concise manner. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently. Ability to interpret retirement plan provisions from plan documents, summaries of plan provisions, and related plan materials. Understanding of tax and benefits laws and regulations related to retirement planning and benefits. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Administers retirement programs for various levels of employees, including 401(k) and nonqualified executive deferral plan. Handles the day-to-day activities related to the retirement plan, including weekly funding administration. Educates and advises employees on regulatory requirements, tax implications, and administrative considerations of retirement plans. Ensures retirement plans are administered in accordance with company guidelines and all laws and regulations. Supports annual 401(k) plan audit and Form 5500 filings. Develops and maintains positive relationships with plan administrators, financial advisors, benefits brokers, and other service providers and vendors. Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, best practices, and legal and regulatory changes in retirement planning and administration. Performs other duties as needed.
