Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement affordable housing strategies
• Secure funding and manage grants
• Oversee housing project design, construction, and management
• Collaborate with property management for efficient operations
• Develop and manage program budgets
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and grant requirements
• Manage tenant selection and relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field such as: Public Administration, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Social Work, Housing/Property Management
• Minimum 3 5 years experience in affordable housing development and management
• Strong strategic planning and financial skills
• Excellent grant writing and compliance knowledge
• Effective collaboration with stakeholders
• Commitment to developing and maintaining positive community relationships
