Accounting Assistant Manager – Japanese Bilingual
Job Summary:
Our client, located in the Charlotte, North Carolina area, is seeking a Japanese–English bilingual Accounting Assistant Manager. In this role, the candidate will support consolidated financial reporting and monthly accounting close activities. Responsibilities include preparing standard financial reports, entering and managing financial data, and supporting communication with affiliated companies in Japan.
Required Experience and Skills:
Japanese–English bilingual proficiency (business level or above in reading, writing, and speaking)
Minimum of five (5) years of accounting or finance experience
Strong accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and document preparation
Preferred Qualifications:
Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
Understanding of GAAP
Experience supporting audits in both Japan and the United States

$50,000 or higher, commensurate with experience
