Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our expanding team in support of our industry's rapidly changing short-and-long term initiatives and staffing requirements. Great client and great commission! High-level IT requirements so experience selling IT staffing solutions is required.

Hybrid Remote -- Mon, Tues and Thurs in the office and Wed and Fri work from home. If you're 50 miles outside of Morristown, NJ or 50 miles outside any other Artech office (but reside in the United States), we do offer remote flexibility.

Job Description: The Account Manager will be responsible for the full life-cycle sales process of short and long term initiatives and staffing requirements by identifying and securing new business opportunities with the existing clients and managing existing relationships.

Duties include the following:

• Gain market share at our client(s) by increasing headcount, revenue, and gross margins.
• Meet with client Hiring Managers on a daily basis to develop lasting relationships
• Managing the client relationship, pre-sales, post-sales, and technical assistance.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Establish relationships with client decision makers.
• Secure new business opportunities.
• Building a sales pipeline for the account(s).
• Management of SLAs set by the client, and track and measure progress.
• Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions
• Work closely with the technical recruiting team to clearly communicate client requirements ensuring the successful identification of candidates.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree, plus at least 3 year of staffing / sales experience
• Customer Service experience- client facing, sales roles a huge plus
• Solid understanding and can easily navigate social media sites such as LinkedIn
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications: Outlook, Word and Excel
• Must be detail oriented and able to create spreadsheets to track and measure progress
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong networking and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
