Industrial Maintenance Technician – Mechanical/Electrical Compensation

• The pay for this position is $35.00 per hour .
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Industrial Maintenance Technician – Mechanical/Electrical Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
• The required availability for this position is Friday through Sunday, 5:45 AM – 6:00 PM .

Industrial Maintenance Technician – Mechanical/Electrical Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex automated systems.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair equipment using technical expertise.
• Read and interpret schematics, manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Support production, quality, downtime, and waste goals.
• Document maintenance activities using PC tools such as MS Excel and Word.

Industrial Maintenance Technician – Mechanical/Electrical Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics and technical manuals
• Proficiency with multimeters, sensor technology, and precision measuring instruments
• Flexible and adaptable to work with various equipment, processes, and projects

Industrial Maintenance Technician – Mechanical/Electrical Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Industrial Control Systems (PLC, VFD, servo, ladder/relay logic)
• Robotics and vision system knowledge
• Mechanical design experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
• SAP or equivalent maintenance management system experience
• Basic skills in milling, lathe, welding, and bearing press
